Ezra Lee

President

Ezra is the founder and owner of Crossfire Aggregate. He is responsible for making the company what it is today. Crossfire Aggregate is a very diversified company with divisions that include pipeline construction, I&E Services, gravel production, gravel hauling, heavy equipment transport, crane services, roustabout services, pipeline construction, road and well site excavation and construction, well servicing and maintenance, as well as the seeding and reclamation division that literally planted the seed for Crossfire Aggregate’s emergence.

Brook Lee

Chief Financial Officer

Brook is the CFO for Crossfire Aggregate. She holds a master’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting, and a bachelor’s degree in animal science. She has been with the company since its inception. She thrives off the excitement of the ever-changing world of construction! Her hobbies include ranching, cooking for friends and family, and keeping up with her two teenaged sons.

Drew Standley

Executive Vice president

As Executive Vice President, Drew is responsible for management of our Specialty Services, which includes our administrative support team, company wide safety programs, human resources and policies as well as supporting the A to Z Electrical Division. Drew holds a B.S. in business management and uses his 27 years of service in the public sector to help manage CAS. Drew began his oil and gas industry career in 2008 and has become an asset to our Company. Drew is responsible for developing and implementing CAS’s most important policy and program – SAFETY

Jesse Swanemyr, Executive Vice President

Jesse brings over 18 years of construction industry experience to Crossfire Aggregate. His natural leadership, in conjunction with his depth of knowledge in project management, complement his role as Executive Vice President of Operations. Jesse is responsible for the day-to-day operations across our business. Jesse supports all our construction teams, our project management group, as well as our gravel production operations. Jesse is an invaluable asset to CAS and the clients we serve.

Jeremiah Anderson, Director of I&E

Jeremiah Anderson comes to Crossfire Aggregate Services with 22 years of construction and I&E experience. He is a licensed Master Electrician in the States of Colorado, New Mexico and Utah. Jeremiah has estimated, managed and successfully executed multiple large-scale projects, in both the commercial and residential space. Jeremiah is one of CAS’s highly qualified managers and his leadership allows his crews to complete projects in any of our multiple services areas as well as remote special projects.

Tyler Fisher is a results-driven executive with over 20 years of expertise in electrical and instrumentation operations across the oil & gas and industrial sectors. As Vice President of I&E Services, he leads with a strategic, hands-on approach—overseeing complex project execution, driving operational excellence, and accelerating business growth. With a strong foundation in E&I systems and years of both field and executive leadership experience, Tyler combines technical depth with sharp business acumen to guide large-scale initiatives from concept to completion. He is known for building high-performing teams, delivering precision-driven results, and maintaining an uncompromising focus on safety, quality, and performance. Backed by an entrepreneurial background and deep industry insight, Tyler continues to be a catalyst for innovation, efficiency, and long-term client success.

Taylor Sutherlin, Director of Civil Construction

Taylor is Crossfire Aggregate Director of Civil Construction. He comes to CAS with a degree in Business Management and has 10 years of experience in civil construction management. Taylor is a licensed contractor in over a dozen states. Taylor’s professional expertise provides CAS with leadership in estimating, budget projections, quality control, scheduling, design review, customer service, client development, contract administration, as well as project and team management.

Matt Linville Director of Information Technology

Matt Linville brings over a decade of experience in IT leadership and consulting to Crossfire Aggregate Services. As the Director of Information Technology, Matt oversees the development, implementation, and security of CAS’s IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across all service areas. His expertise includes Office 365 management, network optimization, and cybersecurity, with a particular focus on leveraging technology to drive efficiency and safeguard operations. His leadership and hands-on approach enable CAS to maintain reliable IT operations, support remote and on-site projects, and meet the technical demands of diverse industry challenges.

Bailee Ruthardt, Controller

Bailee Ruthardt has been the Controller at Crossfire since October 2022, bringing a strong academic foundation with a Master of Professional Accountancy (MPA) and degrees in Business and Accounting, along with practical experience in financial management. Before joining Crossfire, she honed her skills as an Office Manager at a local construction company. In her current role, she oversees financial functions such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, month-end close, and job costing, contributing to the company’s success with her attention to detail, work ethic, and positive energy. Drawn by Crossfire’s family-oriented culture and community focus, Bailee is committed to growing with the company while enjoying hobbies like hunting, softball, and family time

Tammy Fendley - Operations Manager

Tammy’s role with Crossfire Aggregate is Operations Manager, where she ensures the seamless management of accounts payable and payroll operations. She has been an integral part of the Crossfire team since May 2022 and brings a wealth of experience, having worked in the Oil & Gas/Pipeline industry since 1994. Tammy is known for her meticulous attention to detail and dedication to supporting company operations. Outside of work, she enjoys nurturing her garden and cherishing every moment spent with her two beloved grandchildren.

Matt Ray, Division Manager

Bloomfield Division Manager

Matt started his tenure with Crossfire Aggregate as a Welder. He was promoted to Superintendent and continued to excel at construction services with the clients we serve. His leadership skills and construction knowledge led to his current assignment serving as our Division Manager for all operations out of our office in Bloomfield, New Mexico. Matt and his family have strong ties to ranching and rodeo. Beyond work, Matt is most passionate about his family, the outdoors and hunting.

Cody Crego, Division Manager

SW Texas Division Manager

Cody has worked in the oil and gas industry since 2008. Cody started with CAS in 2023 as the SW Division Manager. He has worked on a multitude of projects ranging from civil, mechanical, to tank battery facility construction. With most of his oil and gas experience being directed around pipeline installation and maintenance. Assisted in the direction of day to day operations of Eagleford, Permian, and Delaware Basins.

Brian Abeln - Gravel Division Manager

Brian began his journey at Crossfire leading roustabout crews across the southeastern United States, including Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Alabama. His hands-on experience in the field, combined with his previous knowledge of crushing and paving, facilitated the way for his transition into the role of Gravel Division Manager. Growing up on a large farm, Brian developed a passion for working with the land from an early age—a passion that ultimately led him to a career in aggregates. His strong leadership, industry expertise, and dedication to quality make him an invaluable asset to the Crossfire Aggregate team.

Javier Dominguez - Safety Professional

Javier Dominguez

Javier has over 18 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He began working with CAS leadership in 2010 and transitioned into a Safety Coordinator role five years later. Javier has been in the West Texas area since 2015, where he joined the Holy Redeemer Catholic Church and sings in their choir during weekend Mass. He also enjoys watching his favorite sport, baseball, and above all, loves spending time with his family.

 

Ryan Palmer - Project Manager / Estimator

Ryan is a Project Manager assigned to our Gravel Operations Division. Ryan assists with the development of direct sales of aggregate material from Crossfire Aggregates, three local surface mining operations spanning New Mexico and Colorado, as well as coordinating the execution of special local construction projects. Ryan has over 20 years of construction experience and is a Veteran of the Armed Forces. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration. 

 

Dominic Arenas - Project Manager

Associate Project Manager

Dominic is an Associate Project Manager assigned to the Oil & Gas division, where he directly supports Crossfire Aggregate field personnel by overseeing a wide range of operations. Dominic’s primary responsibilities include coordinating new construction projects such as pad builds, facility development, and pipeline installations, along with traditional oil and gas roustabout services. Dominic is an asset to the Crossfire Aggregate Team and brings leadership experience to his role supporting Crossfire Aggregates mission to deliver safety, quality and service.

Mantas Madelis - Associate Project Manager

Mantas is assigned as an Associate Project Manager supporting our Heavy Civil Division. Mantas directly supports Crossfire Aggregate field personnel in the construction of roads, locations and facilities on behalf of our clients in the electrical infrastructure and solar field development space. Mantas earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and a Master of Science Degree in Project Management. Mantas is enthusiastic about construction and takes projects from their inception through handoff at completion. Utilizing his formal education, years of construction experience and strong work ethic, Mantas excels at meeting Crossfire Aggregates expectations of safety, quality, and on time delivery of products and services to the clients we serve.

Her career journey has taken her through multiple industries, allowing her to develop a highly versatile skill set that she now applies to coordinating projects with efficiency and precision.

Outside of work Cody enjoys spending time outdoors, watching F1, and making memories with his loyal dog.

She has also spent more than a decade in customer service, thriving in diverse, communication-focused roles. A Four Corners native, Bre enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her family.

Stephanie is assigned as an Administrative Support Professional at the Oxford Office in Ignacio, Colorado. Stephanie coordinates the onboarding of new employees, performs drug testing and directly supports the EHS department with a variety of administrative tasks. Stephanie is part of a large farming family with strong ties to the local agricultural community. She is a successful small business owner and holds a Federal Firearms Dealers License. Outside of her work, Stephanie is passionate about her family and enjoys camping when the family’s farming operation allows.

Angela is assigned as an Administrative Support Professional at the A-to-Z Electric Division Office in Bayfield, Colorado. Angela directly supports the Director of the Electrical and Instrumentation Division. She is responsible for invoicing all work and managing the Bayfield office responsibilities. Angela is local to Bayfield and enjoys ranching and the rural lifestyle that this part of Colorado offers.
